How it works

  1. Email hello@chemistory.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number.
  2. Tell us what did not work. It helps us improve.
  3. We refund the purchase price to your original payment method within 5 business days.

You do not need to send the kit back. Any unused product can be passed on to a friend or recycled through our TerraCycle partner.
